Why candidates pick us
The home of PTE prediction questions
PTE Monster is built prediction-first: repeated real exam questions, ranked by how likely they are to appear next, practised under real exam conditions. It's the one thing we want to be known for — and everything here is built around it.
Re-ranked as exams are reported
Prediction files freeze the day they're published. Our bank re-ranks continuously as test takers report new exams, so the top tier reflects this week's papers — not last month's PDF.
Both exams, separate pools
PTE Academic and PTE Core draw from different question pools, so we track them separately — each exam has its own bank and its own Core and Predictions tiers.
Practised, never just read
Every prediction question runs in an exam-style interface — real audio played once, real timers, instant AI scoring — because recognising a question is not the same as scoring on it.

AI scoring
Most apps score your multiple choice. We score your voice.
Getting a number is easy. Knowing which word cost you the mark is what actually moves your score — so that's what you get back, in seconds, on every task.
Writing, scored on the real traits
Summarize Written Text, Write Essay, Write Email and Summarize Spoken Text are marked on content, form, grammar, vocabulary and spelling — the same traits the exam uses.
Speaking, assessed word by word
A real pronunciation engine — not just speech-to-text — grades every word for accuracy and fluency, then colours your transcript so you can see the exact sounds costing you marks.
Every deduction is traceable
The AI never invents a score. It identifies concrete faults in your answer, then the rubric computes the marks — so each point you lost is pinned to a specific word, not a vibe.
Model answers on every task
See a high-scoring response next to your own, so you learn the shape of an answer that scores — not just that yours didn't.
Real exam feel
Exam day should be the boring part.
The panic in a PTE exam rarely comes from the English — it comes from the format. So we rebuilt the format exactly: the same timers, the same word limits, the same one-and-only audio playback. By the time you sit the real thing, nothing about it is new.
Take a mock testReal timers
Exact countdowns and word limits, per task type.
Native-voice audio
Played once — no replays, just like the exam.
Full mock tests
Sit the whole paper end to end, under exam conditions.
Every task type
All four skills, both exams, nothing skipped.
Analytics
Stop guessing whether it's working.
Every answer you submit feeds a dashboard that shows your projected score, your trend, and the exact task types holding you back.
An estimated score you can trust
Your practice rolls up into a projected band per skill, so you always know roughly where you'd land today.
A trend line, not a snapshot
Watch each skill move week over week. Progress you can see is progress you keep making.
Told exactly what to fix next
Your weakest task types surface automatically, so every session goes where it earns the most marks.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Everything people ask before they start.
What is PTE Monster?
PTE Monster is an online practice platform for the PTE Academic and PTE Core exams. It gives you a bank of real exam-style questions across all four skills — speaking, writing, reading and listening — scores your answers with AI in seconds, and shows you exactly where you lost marks.
Does PTE Monster cover PTE Core as well as PTE Academic?
Yes. Both exams are supported end to end. You pick your exam when you sign up, and the whole app — question types, task timings, word limits and scoring — switches to match it. PTE Core includes Write Email and its own Summarize Written Text and Summarize Spoken Text formats; PTE Academic includes Write Essay, Retell Lecture and Summarize Group Discussion.
What are prediction questions, and how do the tiers work?
Questions are grouped into three tiers. 'All' is the full bank. 'Core' are questions that have appeared in recent real exams. 'Predictions' are the questions most likely to appear next, so if you are short on time, practising the Predictions tier first gives you the highest chance of seeing the same question on exam day.
Does PTE Monster have repeated questions and a prediction file?
Yes — that is what the tiers are. What other sites call 'exam memories' or a 'prediction file' maps directly onto PTE Monster's tiers: the Core tier contains repeated questions seen in recent real exams, and the Predictions tier contains the questions most likely to appear next. Unlike a static PDF prediction file, the tiers are built into the practice platform, so every question comes with timers, AI scoring and model answers.
Is PTE accepted in Canada and the United States?
Yes. PTE Academic is accepted by thousands of universities and colleges in the United States and Canada, and for Canadian study permit applications. For economic immigration to Canada — including Express Entry — the exam approved by IRCC is PTE Core, whose scores convert to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) levels. PTE Monster supports practice for both exams.
How does the AI scoring work?
Every writing task — Summarize Written Text, Write Essay, Write Email and Summarize Spoken Text — is scored on the official PTE traits: content, form, grammar, vocabulary and spelling. Rather than asking a model to invent a score, PTE Monster has the AI identify concrete faults in your answer and then computes the marks from the official rubric, so the score is consistent and every deduction is traceable to a specific word.
How is speaking scored?
Speaking answers are assessed with a real pronunciation engine, not just speech-to-text. Your recording is analysed word by word for pronunciation accuracy and fluency, and each word is colour-coded so you can see precisely which sounds cost you marks, alongside a content score for what you actually said.
Can I see exactly where I lost marks?
Yes — this is the point of the product. Written answers come back with your own text marked up: the words that cost you marks are struck through, missing key points are listed, and each trait shows the score you earned out of the maximum. Speaking answers show per-word pronunciation accuracy.
Do the mock tests feel like the real exam?
Tasks use the real formats, the real countdown timers, the real word limits and native-voice audio, and — as in the exam — you hear each audio prompt only once. The aim is that nothing on exam day is a surprise.
How much does PTE Monster cost?
PTE Monster is a premium preparation platform. Paid subscription plans are launching soon and will be announced on the premium page — you can create an account and start practising today.
Can I practise on my phone?
Yes. PTE Monster works in the browser on phones, tablets and desktops, including recording and playing back speaking answers — so you can fit practice around your day.
